If you purchased an item or are thinking about purchasing an item in one of the artist&apos;s stores that we manage the frequently asked questions below may be helpful.1. How long does it take for my order to ship?<ul><li style="font-size: 16px;">If the items in your order are not listed as a pre-ordered item and they are in stock we generally will ship within 2 days of you making your purchase. Please note that we are closed on Saturday and Sunday so if you place an order on a Friday it will most likely not ship until the following Monday.</li></ul>2. I would like to add to the order that I have already placed. Can I do that?<ul><li style="font-size: 16px;">We cannot add items to an order once it has been placed. Your best bet would be to place a new order that includes the item(s) you would like to add and we can refund your original order.*</li></ul>*This only applies to orders that have not been shipped. If you place a new order and your original order has already been shipped, you will need to return your original order for a refund. We do not cover the cost of shipping items back to us and shipping charges are nonrefundable.3. How do I get a refund on my order?<ul><li style="font-size: 16px;">If you reach out to us within 24 hours of your purchase we usually can refund your order unless it is a fan club subscription. We also can issue a refund on preordered items as long as they have not been shipped.</li></ul>6. I see an item I want in the store, but it says Sold Out. Will you be restocking the item?<ul><li style="font-size: 16px; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">If the item is a limited edition or preordered we usually will not restock these items. We generally do not know when we will be receiving restocks of our items so it&apos;s a good idea to keep an eye on the site for updates. We post restocked merchandise as soon as we receive it.</li></ul>7. Why was my order cancelled without my request?Order cancellations can occur due to several reasons, including processing errors or inventory issues. If your order has been canceled and you did not request it, it is best to check your email for any cancellation notifications. We also recommend checking with our Help Center resources for more information on possible causes.<h3 id="isPasted">8. What happens if there is an error regarding shipment notifications?</h3>We may sometimes send error emails regarding shipments or refunds.
