Artist's Stores FAQsUpdated a month ago

If you purchased an item or are thinking about purchasing an item in one of the artist's stores that we manage the frequently asked questions below may be helpful.

1. How long does it take for my order to ship?

  • If the items in your order are not listed as a pre-ordered item and they are in stock we generally will ship within 2 days of you making your purchase. Please note that we are closed on Saturday and Sunday so if you place an order on a Friday it will most likely not ship until the following Monday.

2. I would like to add to the order that I have already placed. Can I do that?

  • We cannot add items to an order once it has been placed. Your best bet would be to place a new order that includes the item(s) you would like to add and we can refund your original order.*

*This only applies to orders that have not been shipped. If you place a new order and your original order has already been shipped, you will need to return your original order for a refund. We do not cover the cost of shipping items back to us and shipping charges are nonrefundable.

3. How can I edit my order?

  • If you make an error while placing your order we may be able to edit it on our end. The following situations apply to this:
    • You selected the wrong size.
    • You would like to remove an item from your order.
  • We can only edit an order if it has not been shipped. If your order has been shipped we will not be able to edit the order.
  • Please contact us by clicking the link at the bottom of the page if you need us to edit your order.
  • Please note that this does not apply to international orders at this time.

4. The estimated delivery date I was provided at checkout has passed. When will I get my items?

  • The store in which you placed your order does provide an estimated delivery date during checkout. Please note that this is just an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date. There are numerous factors involved when considering when your items will be delivered. A few are listed below:
    • You purchased a preordered item that is not expected to ship for several weeks.
    • You placed your order on a Friday and we were not able to ship your items until the following week.
    • We are experiencing a high volume of orders.
  • Due to these factors, we generally suggest not paying attention to the estimated delivery date. We send a shipping notification email when orders ship so it's best to be on the lookout for that. Be sure to check your spam folder!

5. How do I get a refund on my order?

  • If you reach out to us within 24 hours of your purchase we usually can refund your order unless it is a fan club subscription. We also can issue a refund on preordered items as long as they have not been shipped.

6. I see an item I want in the store but it says Sold Out. Will you be restocking the item?

  • If the item is a limited edition or preordered we usually will not restock these items. We generally do not know when we will be receiving restocks of our items so it's a good idea to keep an eye on the site for updates. We post restocked merchandise as soon as we receive it.
