Most of our VIP packages include an exclusive merchandise item or bundle. There are two ways to receive your merchandise; either at the VIP event or after your show date. You will be notified of the method when you receive your VIP check-in email. Please note that delivery methods are subject to change.
Merchandise is shipped to the original purchaser of the VIP package. If you purchased a resale ticket you will not receive merchandise. You must coordinate with the original purchaser to receive your merchandise because we are not provided with resale purchaser information.
The following tours are currently shipping/will ship merchandise:
Alice Cooper
- The merchandise that is included in the "Front Row" VIP package has been shipped up to the 8.17.24 event date.
- The merchandise that is included in the "Diamond" and "Meet + Greet" VIP packages has been shipped up to the 08.27 event date.
- The merchandise that is included in the "Merchandise" VIP package has currently shipped up to the 9.18.24 event date. You will receive an email with live tracking information when your item ships.

Alice Cooper EU/UK
- The merchandise included in the VIP Packages has shipped for all event dates in 2024. You should have received an email with shipping confirmation.
BABYMETAL
- The laminate and lanyard included in the VIP packages were not available for the 11.12 and 11.13.24 event dates. These will be shipped to the address associated with the purchase once the tour concludes. You will receive an email with tracking information when your items ship.*

Boyz II Men
- The merchandise that is included in all VIP packages has shipped for event dates up to 10.13.24. You will receive an email with live tracking information when your item ships.
- The laminate/lanyard will be shipped along with the merchandise if you did not receive it at the show.*
*The laminate and lanyard will be shipped separately from the rest of the merchandise to Group Photo purchasers for event dates 8.16-8.31.24 and Priority Entry purchasers for event dates 8.02-8.03.24.
Brantley Gilbert
- The poster included in the VIP "Side Stage" package has shipped for all event dates. You will receive an email with tracking information when your item ships.
- The poster included in the VIP "Q&A" and "Early Entry" packages has shipped for all event dates. You will receive an email with tracking information when your item ships.

Bush
- The merchandise included in the "Side Stage + Meet & Greet" VIP package has shipped for all event dates in 2024. You should have received an email with live tracking information.

Crosses
- The merchandise item that is included in the VIP Package has shipped for event dates 12.07 and 12.08.24. You should have received an email with tracking information.
- We are working on fulfilling the Mexico date that was on 12.10.24.

Cypress Hill - Tour 2024

iDKHOW

If your package is shipped after your show it is sent to the address associated with your purchase. If your merchandise is shipped to an outdated address we cannot guarantee a reshipment.
