Got yourself a VIP package? Sweet move. Most of our VIP deals come with some killer exclusive merch — whether it’s a badass bundle or a one-of-a-kind item.

Here’s the deal: You’ll score your VIP merch one of two ways — either at the VIP event or after your show. We’ll hit you up with the details in your VIP check-in email. Just know, plans can change faster than a guitar solo, so stay tuned.

If your merch is shipping:
You’ll get an email with a code and a link to claim your loot. Usually, we send those out within 72 hours after your VIP event wraps. Keep your eyes peeled for a note from [email protected] — don’t miss it! No code, no merch. That’s how it rolls.

If your merch is at the event:
You gotta grab it there and then. If you leave without it, we can’t ship it later. No exceptions. So, swing by and pick it up.

Bought a resale ticket?
Heads up — only the original VIP purchaser gets the goods. If you snagged a resale, you’ll need to hit up the original buyer for your merch. We don’t have any info on resale buyers, so we can’t help you track it down.

Please note that it may take several weeks for you to receive your merchandise.

If your package is shipped after your show, it is sent to the address you input when redeeming your merchandise. If your merchandise is shipped to an outdated address, we can not guarantee a reshipment.
