Most of our VIP packages include an exclusive merchandise item or bundle. There are two ways to receive your merchandise; either at the VIP event or after your show date. You will be notified of the method when you receive your VIP check-in email. Please note that delivery methods are subject to change.
If your merchandise is being shipped after the show you may have received a code and link in your check-in email OR a separate email after your event with a link to redeem your merchandise. The code/link or just link is to be used to redeem the VIP merchandise that is included in your package.
If you are having issues redeeming your code, the following FAQs will be helpful.
1. I received an email but the code was not listed. How do I find my code?
If you are trying to view your code on your cell phone it will not be visible. Unfortunately, at this time codes are only visible via a computer. The code is also unique to the email address associated with the purchase so if you are not the original purchaser and the email is forwarded to you, you will not be able to view the code. If you are having issues viewing your code please reach out to us for assistance.
2. I have my code but it does not work. What should I do?
Codes are case-sensitive so be sure you are copying and pasting the code in the box during checkout. They are also specific to the email address they were sent to so be sure that the correct email is being inputted as well.
3. I'm using my phone and have entered all the details and the code is not working. What do I do?
If you are using your phone, your phone number will be automatically entered in the email/phone number section. Be sure you change that to your email address and the code should work.
A step-by-step guide on how to redeem the code can be found below:
To redeem your VIP merchandise if just a link was provided in your email:
1. Click on the link provided to you in the email we sent*
2. Enter your contact and shipping information
3. Make sure you are using the email address used to purchase the VIP package**
4. Click on "Complete Order" and you're all set!
*The link is specific to the amount of packages you purchased. The QTY will stay at one, but you will still receive merchandise to match the number of VIP packages purchased.
**If you redeem your merchandise using an email address other than what was used to make the VIP purchase your redemption order will automatically be canceled.
