If you purchased a VIP package that includes a Q&A, soundcheck, photo op, or side stage experience, the VIP portion of your event will take place before or after the show. We send an email to the original purchaser with all the details needed to participate in the experience about 2-3 days before the event is to take place.

- ‼VIP events always take place on the same day as the show. If you received an itinerary with a date that does not match the show date you purchased for, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
