Which payment methods do you accept for recurring payments?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover as payment methods for Melissa Etheridge fan club memberships.


How do I update my payment information in the fan club community?

To update your payment information, please follow these steps:

  • Log in to your fan club account.
  • Click on your profile (name) that is in the left-hand lower corner and select the Billing tab under account settings.
  • Click on the Payment Methods tab under Billing.
  • Make the changes that you want to make.
  • Click Save.

My membership canceled because my payment method was not accepted. I have since updated my payment method. How do I get my membership reactivated?

There is no way for our team to force a payment if your membership has canceled due to a failed payment. You will need to renew your membership manually. Please follow the steps below:


  • Go to the fan club JOIN page here.
  • Select the option ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT? SIGN IN.
  •  Please do not re-enter all of your information on this page. It will not let you renew this way.
  • Use the SIGN IN page that you just selected to log in.
  • You should be taken to a paywall.
  • Enter your payment information.


Your membership should now be reactivated.


How do I update my email information in the fan club community?

Please follow these steps to update your email address for your fan club membership:

  • Log into your account
  • Click on your profile (name) in the upper right-hand corner and select the edit profile tab
  • Click on authentication and then enter your new email address in the "email" box
  • Insert your current password in the "current password" box
  • Save the changes
  • A pop-up will appear at the bottom of the screen notifying you that a confirmation email has been sent to the new address.
  • You must confirm the update by clicking the link in that email or the update will not take effect.
