Here at Please & Thank You, we know that if you are reaching out to us, it’s more than likely something has not gone as planned. Whether it was for an experience that was not what you were expecting or missing merchandise, our Customer Success team is here to help.

With that being said, we have a few rules when conversing with our team, that we hope you understand. These rules of conduct will ensure that both parties respect each other and come to a favorable resolution.

1. Berating or threatening a member of our team will not be tolerated. 

2. Name calling, mocking and/or taunting our team members will not be tolerated.

Failure to follow these rules WILL result in us ending our assistance for you by closing your ticket immediately. When you’ve cooled down, you can open a new one and we can start again. If it gets to the point where you feel you need to break one of these rules to get your point across it's probably best to take a step back and reach back out at a later time.

Continued negative behavior may result in you being banned from any further VIP programs with any of the artists we represent.
