Welcome to #iVoted Concerts! We’re happy you’re thinking about or have RSVP’d for one of our shows and we can’t wait to see you there!
Please see below for questions you may have regarding the RSVP process and ticket access to one of our shows.
How do I know if my RSVP went through?
There are a few different ways to confirm that your RSVP went through and is specific to each show. Some events will have options to check if you’re registered to vote or just by letting us know what election you’ll be 18 for. Once you go through the prompts, a final page will mention next steps on receiving access to your ticket. That’s the confirmation that your RSVP went through!
I RSVP’d for my event. How long does it take to get access to my ticket?
Information on how to access your ticket should be electronically delivered within 2 business days of sign up. Please be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you have not received access by that time.*
*It may take longer than two business days in some cases due to interest in a specific show. If you have not received your ticket access information and it is the day before your show, please reach out to us.
I received my code but it is not working.
Please be sure to copy and paste the code to prevent any errors. You will also need to use the email address you RSVP’d to the event with. If your code is still not working after trying those suggestions, please reach out to us and one of our team members can assist.
Do I need a code to get my concert ticket?
If the informational email you were sent includes a code then you must use that code to access your ticket to the show you RSVP’d for.*
*Please note that some events will provide a direct link or send you the ticket in your informational email instead.
Can I use my code more than once? For different shows?
Your code can only be used once for the specific show you RSVP’d for. If you are interested in attending more shows you will need to RSVP to each one.
When I submit my code it says I already have a concert ticket but I do not. What should I do?
That usually means that a ticket has already been redeemed under the email address you have used. If you are sure that you did not use your code to redeem a ticket please reach out to Ticketmaster directly so they can look up your account and confirm. You may have already redeemed your ticket but it is not showing up in your account.
Is this legal?
Absolutely! There is no civic action required to attend our free concerts! We do not require any type of proof that you have voted in the election.
What other events are you having?
You can view a full list of our events here.
Please note that an RSVP does not guarantee a concert ticket. Tickets are available on a first come first-serve basis.
If you are not able to find an answer to your question above please reach out to us at [email protected] and one of our team members will be happy to assist you.
