Most of our VIP packages include an exclusive merchandise item or bundle. There are two ways to receive your merchandise; either at the VIP event or after your show date. You will be notified of the method when you receive your VIP check-in email. Please note that delivery methods are subject to change.
Merchandise is shipped to the original purchaser of the VIP package. If you purchased a resale ticket you will not receive merchandise. You must coordinate with the original purchaser to receive your merchandise because we are not provided with resale purchaser information.
The following tours are currently shipping/will ship merchandise:
Brantley Gilbert
- The poster that is included in all VIP packages has shipped for event dates 3.22.24 - 4.27.24. You should have received an email with live tracking information.
- The laminate/lanyard that was included in the package was distributed on-site. Unclaimed laminates/lanyards can not be shipped.
Crosses
- The poster that is included in the VIP packages for this tour has shipped for all event dates. You should have received an email with live tracking information.*
- The laminate that was included in the VIP packages was not available for pick-up at the 02.07 and 02.09.24 event dates. This item will be shipped with the rest of the merchandise. For all other tour dates, you should have picked up your laminate and lanyard at the show.

Cypress Hill - U.K. Tour 2023
- Exclusive Merchandise included in the VIP packages that were not available for pick up at show dates 12/05 - 12/12/23 has been shipped by our U.K. distributor. If you did not receive your merchandise please reach out to our team using the link at the bottom of the page.*

Cypress Hill - Tour 2024

George Thorogood - Tour 2024

iDKHOW
- The poster that is included in the VIP package has shipped for all event dates. You should have received a separate email with live tracking information. We're working to ship out posters for the remaining dates.

Joey & AJ
- The autographed poster that is included in the VIP Soundcheck package has shipped for all event dates of the first leg of the tour. You should have received a separate email with live tracking information.*
- The merchandise that is included in the Joey M&G Upgrade and AJ Meet & Greet Upgrade has shipped for all event dates. You should have received a separate email with live tracking information.

Please note: If you purchased an upgrade on-site the day of the VIP event, merchandise is not included in the purchase.

- The laminate and lanyard that were included in the VIP packages were not available for pick-up at the 02.03 and 02.05.24 event dates and were included in the outgoing shipments. For all other tour dates, you should have picked up your laminate and lanyard at the show.

Matchbox Twenty - Slow Dream Tour 2024
- The VIP merchandise included in the VIP package for the Photo Opportunity Experience has shipped. You should have received an email with tracking information.*
- The VIP merchandise included in the VIP package for the Premium Ticket Bundle has begun shipping. You should receive an email with tracking information from Australia Post when your items ship.**
*We received tracking information from our AUS distributor so we can assist with any issues.
**We ran out of the tumblers that were included in the VIP Merch pack so more had to be ordered. The tumblers are set to arrive at our distributor on Monday, April, 29th: updated 25.04.23
If you are waiting on a replacement item(s) due to your original item(s) arriving damaged, these will start processing once shipping resumes.
Ms. Lauryn Hill and The Fugees
- Due to circumstances beyond our control, the merchandise that was included in the VIP Packages is no longer being produced. Please reach out to our team by May 10th, 2024 for further information, questions and/or concerns.
Peso Pluma - Madrid and Barcelona
- The VIP merchandise included in the VIP packages has been shipped for these event dates.
- We have received the autographed posters that were included in the VIP packages at our distribution center in California, U.S. and have shipped them out to eligible purchasers.
Plain White T's
- The poster that is included in the VIP packages has shipped for all event dates. You should have received an email with live tracking information.*
- There was an issue with deliverability for the laminates and lanyards that were included in the VIP packages. If you attended any of the dates from 1.23.24 - 2.01.24, your laminate and lanyard was shipped with your poster. For all other tour dates, you should have picked up your laminate and lanyard at the show.

If your package is shipped after your show it is sent to the address associated with your purchase. We ask that if you need your address updated please fill out the form here. If your merchandise is shipped to an outdated address we cannot guarantee a reshipment.
